Enhanced computational efficiency and advanced analytics strengthen group-wide risk management capabilities

26 February 2026 – Tokyo – Numerical Technologies (“NumTech”) today announced that Fukoku Mutual Life Insurance Company (Headquarters: Tokyo; “Fukoku Life”) has successfully completed the migration of its existing financial risk management system to NtSaaS®.

Through the migration to NtSaaS, Fukoku Life enhanced its entire risk measurement and analysis process, reflecting the long-term asset management and liability characteristics unique to life insurance companies. Significant improvements in computational efficiency now enable rapid multi-condition simulations and scenario analyses, enabling timelier and more insightful reporting to senior management and supporting more informed decision-making. The intuitive user interface introduced through the migration also facilitates the sharing and interpretation of analytical results across the organization.

Mr. Hayashi, Manager of the Asset Investment Risk Management Group, Risk Management Division at Fukoku Life, commented:
“NtSaaS has a proven track record and is widely adopted by insurance companies, and this reliability was a key factor in our decision. Beyond improvements in computational efficiency and analytical capabilities, the migration has enhanced our overall risk management framework and strengthened governance. In addition, comprehensive support — including ETL processing and the preparation of input files aligned with our operational workflows and data specifications — enabled the project to be executed smoothly.”

NumTech will continue to provide advanced financial risk management solutions to insurance companies and financial institutions.
